Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups wholemeal self-raising flour
- 1/2Cup plain flour
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¾ Cups Castor Sugar
- ½ cup Canola Oil
- Egg Replacement = 2 Eggs
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- ½ Cup Milk
Method
1: Preheat oven 180c and lightly grease a loaf tin
2: Place flour, cinnamon, sugar, oil, egg replacement, bananas and milk in a processor and blend until smooth
3: Pour into the loaf tin and bake for an hour
