Banana Bread Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Caster Sugar
- Egg Replacement = 1 Egg
- 2 Cups Plain Flour or Wholemeal Plain Flour
- Pinch salt
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1 Tea spoon Bi-Carb Soda
Method
1: Preheat Oven to 180c, lightly grease muffin tins
2: Mix Sugar, oil and egg replacement until creamy
3: Add Bananas, Flour, bi-Carb Soda and Salt. Stir until Smooth
4: Spoon Batter into Muffin tins and bake for 30 to 40 mins or until cooked
